All content on Skizzit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Skizzit or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

Skizzit reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform, without any advance notice, for conduct that Skizzit believes violates this agreement or is harmful to other users of the platform or the business interests of Skizzit.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skizzit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Changes to the Agreement

Skizzit reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new agreement on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such revised agreement.
